The Merle Nero consists of two compartments of black Italian leather, which have a round shape at the bottom. These can be closed at the top with a gold-colored zipper. The bag is lined with a pink fabric, also from Italy. In the front part of the bag is a small compartment, in which the supplied travel perfume can be stored.
Surrounding the two compartments is a black Italian leather strap with a triangle motif, which makes it also easy to carry as a clutch. The bag also comes with a matching loose wristband and a shoulder strap, which can be attached to or removed from the bag. As a result, the bag can also be used as a handbag.
